At Camellia Wedding Gown, we want you to feel confident and beautiful on your special day. If your gown is not the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all bridal tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our bridal concierge team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gown

  Carefully pack your unworn gown in its original garment bag and shipping box, ensuring all protective layers and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives your return, we will perform a thorough quality inspection and process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
